Ich bin EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Coach geworden, weil ich die Person sein möchte, die ich damals gebraucht hätte, um meine eigenen Ängste und Blockaden zu verarbeiten und alte Muster loszulassen.

Today I want to be exactly that person for you - someone who understands you, supports you and shows you the way to self-love, self-confidence and letting go of the past. I create a safe space where it's all about you, your story and your feelings and where you can open up and work on yourself.

  • Fear of being seen & public speaking

    The initial situation:

    Meine Klientin (54 Jahre) litt seit ihrer Kindheit unter starken Ängsten vor Präsentationen und beruflichen Meetings. Die Angst, im Mittelpunkt zu stehen und vor Gruppen zu sprechen, blockierte nicht nur ihre Karriere, sondern belastete sie auch emotional stark.

    Your symptoms:

    • Shaky voice during presentations

    • Extreme nervousness before meetings

    • Constant self-doubt

    • Feelings of shame about their reactions

    • Feeling of failure because previous attempts at solutions have not had a lasting effect

    The goal:

    To resolve her social anxieties in the long term so that she can develop freely in her career and finally develop the self-confidence she deserves.

    My approach with EFT:

    Together we used Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to get to the root of her anxiety.

    So sind wir vorgegangen: Wir starteten bei aktuellen Situationen und arbeiteten uns Schritt für Schritt zu den Ursprüngen in ihrer Kindheit vor. Dort hatte sie durch verschiedene Erfahrungen unbewusst gelernt, dass "Gesehen-werden" gefährlich ist.

    With EFT, we gently dissolved these old stress reactions and showed her nervous system: "You are safe now - even if you felt unsafe back then."

    How EFT works: EFT calms our fear center (the amygdala) in the brain. Situations that used to trigger panic are suddenly perceived as neutral. The trigger loses its power.

    The result:

    After 5 sessions:

    • Her voice became noticeably more confident

    • She spoke up more often in meetings

    • The weekly sessions felt more relaxed

    After 11 sessions: Her anxiety in meetings and group situations had completely disappeared. The dreaded meetings became moments in which she felt competent and comfortable.

    The breakthrough: An important project presentation, which she gave with complete ease - she herself was amazed at her new composure.

    Conclusion:

    With EFT, my client was able to overcome her lifelong fear of being seen. The result: real self-confidence, inner peace and finally the job satisfaction she had been longing for - without the energy-sapping weekly fears.

  • From people pleasing to healthy boundaries

    The initial situation:

    My client (29 years old) only knew one strategy for dealing with others: To please everyone - except herself. The fear of conflict and what others might think of her dominated her life.

    Your challenges:

    • Could not set boundaries without being overwhelmed by fear

    • Withdrew instead of addressing problems

    • Lost friendships because she preferred to remain silent rather than speak out

    • Had lost her best friend because she couldn't have a clarifying conversation

    • Felt caught between the desire for harmony and the need for respect

    The goal:

    She wanted to finally be able to stand up for herself - without losing sight of the world around her. Her dream: to have a clarifying conversation with her former best friend while remaining confident and respectful.

    My approach with EFT:

    Using Emotional Freedom Techniques, we went in search of clues together: When had she learned that conflict is dangerous?

    Our approach: We started with current situations and worked our way back to the origins in her childhood. There she had internalized the message: "If I'm not kind, I'm not lovable."

    Step by step, we dissolved these old stress patterns and showed her nervous system: "You can stand up for yourself. You are safe, even if others are not happy about your boundaries."

    The beliefs that we transformed:

    • "I am not good enough" → "I am valuable just the way I am"

    • "My value depends on others" → "My opinion of myself counts the most"

    The result:

    After 4 sessions:

    • Less fear of what others might think

    • First steps in expressing their needs

    • Focus more on yourself instead of the reactions of others

    After 8 sessions: A complete transformation. She was able to set boundaries and address conflicts without fear. More importantly, she realized that people who don't respect her boundaries aren't right for her.

    The breakthrough: the longed-for conversation with her best friend. She was clear, confident and authentic - and the conversation went much better than she had feared.

    Conclusion:

    A woman who had denied herself in order to be loved became someone who knows: "My opinion is the only one that really counts."

    She feels emotionally freer and stronger - and has not lost her ability to empathize, but has learned to use it in a healthy way.

  • From inner critic to inner ally

    The initial situation:

    My client (26 years old) was trapped in a vicious circle of self-doubt and perfectionism. Especially in his new job, he was tormented by the constant fear: "When will they realize that I'm not good enough?"

    His daily struggles:

    • Constant self-doubt and fear of making mistakes

    • A brutal inner critic that made him small every day

    • Feeling of powerlessness and loss of control

    • The conviction that you have to be perfect in order to be accepted

    Every day was a battle against his own voice in his head - and he regularly lost it.

    The goal:

    Finally make peace with yourself. Silence your inner critic and develop genuine self-confidence - not the kind that is put on, but the kind that comes from within.

    My approach with EFT

    With Emotional Freedom Techniques, we went in search of the roots of his perfectionism.

    Our path: We started with his current work anxieties and worked our way back to the origins. There we found the messages of his childhood: "You are only lovable if you are perfect."

    Step by step, we dissolved these old survival patterns and showed his nervous system: "You are allowed to be human. You are allowed to make mistakes. You are still valuable and safe."

    The beliefs that we transformed:

    • "I have to be perfect to be loved" → "I am lovable in my humanity"

    • "My value depends on others" → "My value is independent of the opinions of others"

    • "Mistakes prove that I am failing" → "Mistakes are learning opportunities that allow me to grow"

    The result:

    After 7 sessions:

    • The inner critic became quieter

    • More inner peace and the first signs of self-compassion

    • Less pressure to be perfect

    After 13 sessions: A complete transformation. The destructive inner critic became a constructive inner partner. The fears at work disappeared, meetings became normal appointments.

    The breakthrough: "I can be human - with mistakes that I can learn from." This realization changed everything. He felt more comfortable in his own skin than he had for years.

    Conclusion:

    What began as a fight against himself became a loving partnership with his own personality. My client learned that perfection is not the key to love - authenticity is.

    Today he knows that his humanity is not his flaw, but his strength.
